Brian Maxwell, CFA, AIF®

Brian serves as a Partner, Investment Officer at Mill Creek Capital Advisors, LLC, and is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. In his role, Brian advises clients on investment policy, develops and implements investment and financial planning recommendations, and works closely with his clients’ other advisors to ensure their goals are met in a comprehensive and integrated manner.

Before joining Mill Creek, Brian served as Area Vice President and Senior Consultant at Yanni Partners, where he managed client relationships with foundations, pensions, defined contribution plans, Taft-Hartley plans, and endowments nationwide.

Brian received a B.S.B.A. in Finance from Bowling Green State University. He is a CFA^® Charterholder and a designated Accredited Investment Fiduciary®.

His previous roles include serving as an Independent Trustee for Stewart Capital Mutual Funds, a Director for the Lutheran Senior Life Foundation, and a member of the Board of Trustees of West Virginia Wesleyan College. Currently, Brian is Chairman of the Trustees for the Scottish Rite Valley of Pittsburgh. He is a member of Omni Lodge No. 509 in Pittsburgh and a plural member of Melita Lodge No. 295 in Philadelphia. His distinguished service has been recognized with the Grand Lodge of Pennsylvania Franklin Medal and the Meritorious Service Award from the Scottish Rite, NMJ.
